• Shuttle is not available. The hotel isn't able to accommodate our times and could not provide any guarantees about its availability. We encourage you to use Uber/Lyft. If you prefer to drive, a complimentary valet will be at the wedding venue.

• Don’t forget to send us your songs. We need to have them to the DJ by this Friday: Song Choices

• The gift registry is FINALLY on our website: Gift Registry. 

• We are asking guests to arrive at the venue by 6:30pm to allow yourself enough time to get settled for the ceremony beginning at 7pm.

• There is absolutely NO photography permitted during the wedding ceremony. That means cell phones and personal cameras. Please leave the photography and videography to the professionals we hired. They were expensive!

  • You may begin taking your own photos once the ceremony has ended and the photographer announces they have completed their shots/recording. Please wait for the announcement.

  • Use the hashtag #taleof2beebs when you post online so we can find them and add to our collection 😊.

• If you are staying at the DoubleTree, the shuttle will be available for your convenience but is on a first-come, first-served basis at scheduled times. We will share those times as soon they are confirmed.

  • We recommend you take the earlier times slots and not wait until the final time. We don’t want you stuck at the hotel trying to find a ride at the last minute.

• The reception ends at 1am.
